Is Starter really free? What's the catch?
Really free, and we never ask for a card. Starter gives you a booking page, unlimited bookings, unlimited services and a listing in Seatbooker search for 12 months. The catch is that it is a limited offer with a fixed number of places, it is one person only, and it leaves out the things that help a busy diary: appointment reminders, discount codes, page themes, and your page carries a small "powered by Seatbooker" line. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged when the year ends.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No, on every plan including Starter. You keep 100% of what you earn from your clients.
Why would I pay if Starter does the job?
Plenty of sole traders will not need to, and that is fine. The two reasons people upgrade are a second pair of hands - Starter is one person, so any team needs Professional or Plus - and no-shows. Appointment reminders come with Professional, and one prevented no-show a month more than covers the £19.
