Walk-ins still work

You set which hours are bookable. Plenty of shops open mornings for appointments and keep afternoons for the door, or take bookings Thursday to Saturday and leave the quiet days open. The rest of the week never appears online.

Saturdays stop being guesswork

Your busiest day fills itself in advance, and you can see it the night before instead of finding out at half eight in the morning.

The one who never turns up

Mark a no-show and the customer's trust score drops. You see that score on every future booking request, and if someone is not worth the chair you can block them outright - that is on every plan, including the free one.

No commission on your regulars

Marketplace apps take a cut of new clients. Your regulars are not new clients and you should not be paying a finder's fee for men who have been coming to you for six years. We charge nothing on bookings, on any plan.

What Seatbooker does not do

Common questions

We are a walk-in shop. Is this even for us?
Possibly not, and that is a fair answer. If you never want a fixed appointment, a booking page is solving a problem you do not have. Where it earns its place is the middle ground: bookable Fridays and Saturdays so the busy end of the week is not a scrum, walk-ins the rest of the time.
Can each barber have their own hours?
Yes, on Professional and Plus, where you can add staff and give each of them their own working days, hours and breaks. Starter is a single person, so a shop with more than one chair will need a paid plan.
