The room gets turned around

Set a gap between appointments and it is applied to every booking, every time. Fifteen minutes to change the couch roll, wash your hands and write your notes, without inflating every treatment to 75 minutes to steal the time back.

Working alone, safely

You can block a specific person from booking you again, and that is on every plan including the free one. It is not a feature we were ever going to put behind £19 a month.

Notice periods that mean something

An empty hour is an hour you cannot sell. Set how much notice you need, describe your policy in your own words, and mark the ones who do not show. Their trust score follows them to the next booking request.

Split days and quiet afternoons

Set your hours per day rather than one blanket week. Mondays 10 to 2, Wednesdays 8 until 7, Fridays off entirely - the page only ever offers what you actually work.

What Seatbooker does not do

Worth knowing before you spend an evening setting it up.

  • No intake or consultation forms. Contraindication questions and health histories stay wherever you keep them now, and clients book without filling anything in.
  • No clinical notes or treatment records. This is a diary, not a practice management system.
  • No card payments or deposits.

Common questions

I need health information before I treat someone. Can they fill that in when booking?
Not in Seatbooker. There are no intake forms, so if you screen clients for contraindications you will still be doing that by email, by message or on the couch. Some therapists put the essentials in the service description and ask people to reply to their confirmation email. If a proper form is central to how you work, we are honestly not the right fit yet.
I am mobile and travel between clients. Does that work?
Partly. The gap between appointments applies to every booking, so you can build travel time in that way, but it is one fixed gap rather than distance-aware. If your clients are all within a similar radius that works well. If some are forty minutes out and some are next door, you will still be managing the edges yourself.
