Common questions

Can I take a deposit to stop people booking and vanishing?
Not yet. Payments are on the roadmap and not in the product today, so the tools you have are the notice period, your own policy wording, no-show marking and blocking. If deposits are the reason you would switch, wait for us rather than moving twice.
My clients always want to add something on the day. Does that break the booking?
No, it just means the appointment runs longer than the slot. The diary is yours to adjust, and most techs handle it by listing the common add-ons as short services so regulars book them properly and the occasional extra gets absorbed.
