Starter is free for 12 months and we never ask for a card. There is no trial that quietly becomes a subscription, and nothing is charged when the year ends. It is a limited offer with a fixed number of places, and it closes on 31 December 2026 at the latest.

Pricing questions

Is Starter really free? What's the catch?
Really free, and we never ask for a card. Starter gives you a booking page, unlimited bookings, unlimited services and a listing in Seatbooker search for 12 months. The catch is that it is a limited offer with a fixed number of places, it is one person only, and it leaves out the things that help a busy diary: appointment reminders, discount codes, page themes, and your page carries a small "powered by Seatbooker" line. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged when the year ends.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No, on every plan including Starter. You keep 100% of what you earn from your clients.
Why would I pay if Starter does the job?
Plenty of sole traders will not need to, and that is fine. The two reasons people upgrade are a second pair of hands - Starter is one person, so any team needs Professional or Plus - and no-shows. Appointment reminders come with Professional, and one prevented no-show a month more than covers the £19.
What happens after the 12 months?
We email you at 90, 30, 14 and 3 days before the end, so it never arrives as a surprise. If you pick a plan, everything carries on exactly as it was. If you do nothing, your page stops taking new bookings on that date - appointments already in the diary are still yours, your data stays where it is, and you can pick a plan later to switch back on.
What's the difference between Professional and Plus?
Professional covers everything a solo business needs: reminders, discount codes, page themes and no Seatbooker credit on your page. Plus adds extra staff seats, priority ranking in search, a page banner, Instagram integration, and the features still in development - SMS reminders, online payments and a widget you can embed in your own website.
How does the launch discount work?
The launch discount now applies to Plus: 10 places at 50% off your first 12 months, then 10 at 49%, and so on down to 40%. Whatever rate is showing is applied automatically at checkout - no code needed. After 12 months your plan continues at the standard price. The offer ends 31 December 2026.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again - you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Annual plans are non-refundable once the billing date has passed.
