A free booking system that does not ask for a card
Your own booking page, unlimited appointments, no commission, free for 12 months. Below is exactly what that includes, exactly what it leaves out, and what happens when the year is up.
249 of 250 places left. No card, and nothing to cancel.
Four ways “free” usually is not
If you have looked at booking software before, you have met at least two of these. They are worth naming, because they are the reason the word is worth so little on its own.
A card up front
The plan is free but signup asks for card details, and the charge starts on a date you have to remember to cancel before. That is a trial, not a free plan.
We never ask for a card to start. There is nothing on file to charge, so nothing can start charging.
Commission on every booking
No monthly fee, but a percentage of each appointment that comes through the platform's own marketplace - which can cost a busy diary far more than a subscription would.
No commission on any plan, including this one. You keep 100% of what your clients pay you.
A cap on bookings
Free until the 30th appointment of the month, after which the diary stops or the upgrade prompt will not go away. Fine in January, useless in June.
Unlimited bookings and unlimited services on the free tier. There is no counter.
Free, but not a real page
The free tier is a widget on somebody else's domain, or a listing you cannot brand, and the actual booking page is the paid feature.
You get your own public booking page with your own link, your photos and your services, listed in Seatbooker search.

One person, five photos, and a small “powered by Seatbooker” line on your page. Paid plans start at £19 a month. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. Full comparison.
What happens in month thirteen
Nothing is charged, because there is no card to charge. We email you 90, 30, 14 and 3 days before the end so the date never arrives as a surprise.
If you choose a plan, everything carries on exactly as it was. If you do nothing, your page stops taking new bookings on that date. The appointments already in your diary are still yours, your data stays where it is, and choosing a plan later switches the page back on with everything as you left it.
